This patient had worn down and yellow teeth from grinding over the years. He never felt comfortable smiling, and hated how small his teeth looked from the extensive wear.
First, the patient went through invisalign wth a local orthodontist to create more space for his bite in the front. Then a local periodontist (gum specialist) did crown lengthening to trim back gums and bone to show more tooth structure, making them look slightly longer. We finished up with a mixture of 20 porcelain veneers and crowns to create a beautifully vibrant, yet natural looking smile. This corporate executive has expressed to us several times how this smile makeover has changed how he feels about himself, and how he is able to show his best self to the world.
